We don't need them and I don't understand why we need them. Why can't those worthless straights just shut the fuck up? They make everything about themselves and they silence us. The vast majority of "allies" aren't even actually pro-gay; they secretly hate us but they claim they're pro-gay for brownie points and because it's trendy. Honestly, if you regularly associate with straight people then you're a fucking traitor to the LGBT movement and you can fuck off, too. We don't need them and we certainly don't need you.

Sounds like you don't have any friends. That's pretty sad. Most of the important people in my life are straight and have been there for me when I needed them. I agree that because someone calls themselves an ally doesn't make them one but you should at least give people the chance to prove themselves. I wouldn't talk bad about my straight friends ever because without them this life wouldn't be worth living. if you expect acceptance you might want to try having some yourself.

The term ally is what bothers me. It is a label that makes us distinct and has some kind of undertone of the other people, who are not "allies" being the opposite. It really smells - and I puke whenever someone calls themselves an ally.
