It appears the NFL doesn't really know where the Redskins play

Former Green Bay Packers running back Ahman Green was arrested in Wisconsin on Monday morning and charged with felony child abuse and disorderly conduct for an incident involving his 15-year-old daughter.

The Green Bay Press Gazette first reported the news.

Green, 40, appeared in court on Monday afternoon after an alleged incident that sprang after his daughter refused to do her chores including washing the dishes. According to a series of tweets from WLUK reporter Ben Krumholz, the criminal complaint said that Green’s daughter told the responding officer her father had punched her while Green claimed he had slapped her “upside the head.”

Complaint states Green's daughter suffered black eye, scrapes by her eye. Green says injuries are from accidentally hitting her glasses. https://t.co/zMxb8V0zbp

Green issued a $2,500 signature bond, no contact with daughter and witnesses. Also no unsupervised contact with any minors.

Green, a four-time Pro Bowler who last played in 2009, is the top rusher in Packers history and a member of the team’s Hall of Fame after rushing for 8,322 yards over eight seasons. He also played for the Seahawks and Texans.

Green is still very visible in the Green Bay area, having once owned part of indoor football’s Green Bay Blizzard and maintaining a consistent schedule of public appearances.
