They're thinking it through. Neither option is great.

It makes sense if they've given up on Heller and it's meant as a warning shot to others. But I do think it makes it harder to flip Heller

It's not being questioned. You can't. And indictment could be made against DJT which is grounds for impeachment but it would be up 2 House

There are open debates about it but Mueller would not be putting together the team he has if this wasn't an option

If Dems impeached Trump over no crime, it would be a complete disaster for the country, and far worse than anything Trump could do.
