One day, I'm sure, it will actually change. Sadly, Democrats down here haven't and aren't doing the things to MAKE it happen.

It really wasn't that long ago we had a female Democrat governor.

23 years is an eternity. Hispanic families are Tx future. Their hopes & needs should've been D policy agenda & message for last 15 yrs.

Won't get a chance

1/ Irrelevant whether UT skewed as long as compare to previous UT polls: accurately shows trends. TX big benefactor of ACA, non-Trump tax

2/ bills, non-Trump budget, & not having to deal with eminent domain (taking of YOUR land, TX) & other costly issues to be litigated.

3/ NONE of those has been passed, & as unpopular as they look now, TX will be directly, greatly, adversely affected by all 4.

4/ Hard to poll watch when legislation/EO's that will greatly harm Texans' health & finances (& take some's land) not even in effect,

5/ & GOP may design taxes/budget to give more generous tax refund in '18 (which you'll pay for many times over in '18 & may disappear '19),

6/ but millions WILL lose insurance quickly (CBO will show; loss now is b/c of GOP actions; if ACA had been left alone, on pace for record #
