My dream MGTOW house. (self.MGTOW)

Okay, so I've been a lurker here for a few months soaking in the philosophies and ideas of MGTOW and TRP, through this I came to realise that I want to be living the good life alone for the rest of my life (I'm 21 btw.) Not sure I'd want to move big furniture in or out with that staircase and turn at the top.

If the garage is for hobbies/projects, would you want to have internal access to it?

Invert the top floor and change the living room wall into one of those concertina glass walls. Invert the stairs and add a balcony. Straight access to the living room + so much room for activities.

Nice kit, better if it's near a lake. Built it yourself man, it's not that hard, really! I suggest a basement, or at least a partial one.

The neatest house I have ever seen is a 3D one made by this company from Russia. One day to build it in any kind of weather, that's all it takes, the draw back is no bedroom. Costs is about $10,000.

Mine would be a 40x60 steel building with a couple extra Windows and a one bedroom apartment framed out inside, about 800sf living space and 1,600sf shop and storage.

Get rid of bedroom 1 and stretch that living room out into one big space and that's more my style.

You can buy houses in move-in condition in large swaths of the US for $30-60k. Most of them have more space than this (at least 1000sf) and a garage.

I like house kits myself, but that schematic kind of looks like hurricane bait. I'd myself like something more solid, like a log house.

Floor plan looks good.

But having a garage beneath your living space is calling for troubles. Gas emanations, chemical products... not the best of ideas. Ideal IMHO would be side garage.
