COMFIMED FAKE NEWS: Barawoo33 admits sticky was yet another shitpost http://imgur.com/a/JuZD0

According to a sticky post made by MAT mod barawoo33 at 7:20 EST the /r/MarchAgainstTrump subreddit is being shut down in an alleged act of direct censorship coming from the President's administration. This has come in the midst of their latest frontpage locked comment Obama shitpost topping out at ~20k net upvotes. They are still encouraging user to subscribe to their new sub /r/Political_Tweets as well as joining the official MAT Discord server. No word on the validity of the alleged censorship.

Will update with more details as they happen.

I think you're setting yourself up for a self-fulfilling prophecy. If the Reddit admins didn't actually contact you and tell you that you're getting shut down, and this is just a stunt, then you just slandered the admins on their own fucking site. Every angry message the admins are receiving right now is a nail in your subreddit's coffin.

There's absolutely no way that they're going to tolerate you stirring up site-wide drama like this. You'll be lucky if your subreddit doesn't get shut down for this stunt, but you'll still have securely landed yourself on the admins' shit-list moving forward.

Not to mention the fact that this stunt makes your sub look absolutely fucking retarded to the rest of Reddit. Partisanship notwithstanding, you're a fucking idiot.

    I’m anti Trump, and a lurker on the sub since like Day 1. In the last two days I’ve received like 4 notifications of posts on a Reddit Telegram channel that are nothing but ‘number of people who think T_D is getting pissed because Obama’. And comments are locked. This is clearly nothing but baiting, and as far as I know against Reddit Rules (vote manipulation IIRC).

    People went to MAT to have a discussion about the problems of the Trump administration. Now it’s like The_AntiDonald. Pure circlejerk.
