So I noticed, multiple games now actually.
That every paranoid character is in seclusion. Not sure if it counts as a bug, or if it's just that they're automatically supposed to go into seclusion once they're paranoid.

Open rip_various_decisions.txt, search for #Seclusion (line 611 if you have notepad++) and where it says
