What is MGTOWs opinion on prenups? (self.MGTOW)

Do they even work? I am talking iron clad prenups by enforcing the woman get her own lawyer with proof she wasn't coerced in anyway.

Don't insult my bathroom toilet paper please. It's a high quality double ply and highly-absorbent product. Even el cheapo paper in the kangaroo family "court" holds more value.

It's lipstick on a pig. You see, the family court is not really a court and is under no obligation to adhere to any law. The "judges" there have the magic words such as "in the best interests of the child" to do pretty much what they please. And woe to any man who doesn't understand that those judges are not going to upset their #1 clientele (i.e. women) prenup or not.

Even when properly drafted and executed, prenups are only adhered to at the sufferance of the court.

In other words, it's a paper shield.

There are no iron clad prenups. They can easily get tossed out saying they were made under duress.
