High level NYC attorneys tend to be hyper aggressive. Obvs Cohen is not representative of all attorneys ( I have many in my family).

I know what you mean. It happens in LA too, but it's probably more isolated rather than the norm. Hyper-aggressiveness doesn't serve.

In big stakes cases (like the current Puerto Rico litigation) aggression is the norm.

Wow. The mediators obviously have their work cut out for them. Hopefully, 5 seasoned bench officers will calm the pit bulls down!
