Most of the Daily Stormer’s donors on WeSearchr are anonymous, with the exception of the comedian Sam Hyde, who pledged $5,000.

When contacted for comment, Hyde asked the reporter if he was Jewish and then boasted that $5,000 was nothing to him. Hyde’s TV show on Cartoon Network’s “Adult Swim” programming block was canceled last year, but not before Hyde amassed a following among the loosely knit movement of white nationalists, misogynists and anti-Semites that has come to be known as the alt-right.

“Don’t worry so much about money. Worry about if people start deciding to kill reporters. That’s a quote,” Hyde said in a phone interview, laughing, when asked why he donated to support the Daily Stormer. “For the reason why, you can say I want reporters to know I make more money than them, especially Matt Pearce.”

Is this the one where the guy's own mom wanted to sell her house, move away from him, and donate the proceeds to charity in order to separate herself from his extremist views? She contacted the realtor to start the process, but when her son the neo-nazi found out, she turned and blamed it on the Jewish realtor? He dox'd her, and encouraged his... kind of people... to send her threats, so she sued?

Anglin made headlines in December when he accused a Whitefish, Mont., real estate agent, who is Jewish, of trying to extort money from the mother of Richard Spencer, one of the nation’s most prominent white nationalists. The real estate agent, Tanya Gersh, denies the claim.

On Dec. 16, Anglin asked his readers to start a “troll storm” against Gersh and posted her address and phone number as well the Twitter account belonging to Gersh’s 12-year-old son, whom Anglin referred to using a derogatory word for Jewish people. “You can also leave a review of her business on Google, and perhaps note that it is [a] front for an extortion racket,” Anglin wrote in the first of many posts about Gersh

So, doxxing, and targeting a minor. I hope Anglin loses in court. (I used a more colorful term, but ... well these are the times we live in)

These White Nationalists are the losers of their own racial group. Almost every type of group has these types of losers who think that somehow if everyone was just like them, things would be better. They do not realize if they got their wish and were only around people like them, they would still be at the bottom, only now they will not have people who are different from them to blame when things inevitably go wrong.

My name is Sherry Spencer, and I am Richard Spencer’s mom. I’m a resident of Whitefish, Montana, and am the proud owner of a beautiful mixed-use facility in town.

It was years ago now that I first broke ground on the building, which features vacation-rental apartments and office spaces. I hired a local architect and builder to bring my ideas to life — and both exceeded my expectations.

I am the sole owner of the facility. It was built, not just with my capital, but with my ideas and sensibility. The apartments even include my original artwork, and the rooftop garden features my ceramic mural, which celebrates the Whitefish Winter Carnival.

In other words, I poured my heart and soul into this project.

The building opened in late 2015, and received wide acclaim from the local press. And the vacation apartments have been enjoyed by people from around the world.

Richard does not own the building, nor has he ever used it for his writing or publishing. Put simply, the building has nothing to do with politics — and it has everything to do with tourism and local businesses.

I had no intention of selling . . . until I started receiving terrible threats in the last couple of weeks.

These threats came from Tanya Gersh, a local realtor with links to “human rights” organizations Love Lives Here and the Montana Human Rights Network.

On November 22, Gersh and I spoke on the phone. She relayed to me that if I did not sell my building, 200 protesters and national media would show up outside — which would drive down the property value — until I complied. Gersh’s other conditions included that I make a public denunciation of my son in a statement written by the Montana Human Rights Network and that I make a donation to this organization from the sale of the property. As Gersh announced on Facebook, she was “spear heading” the campaign.

Gersh followed up on her conditions in a number of emails, which I’ve just made public. She even shamelessly suggested that she act as my realtor! In other words, she and the local “human rights” organizations appeared to seek financial benefit from threats of protests and reputation damage. The same day Gersh first contacted me, I received a sales offer, even though I had not expressed any intention to sell, nor had anything been publicized.

Whatever you think about my son’s ideas — they are, after all, ideas — in what moral universe is it right for the “sins” of the son to be visited upon the mother?

In those e-mails Tanya Gersh literally provided Sherry Spencer with a pre-written letter, written in her voice, denouncing her own son.

What Sherry Spencer chose to actually write was this Medium article.

It seems exceedingly unlikely that Sherry Spencer called Tanya Gersh to arrange the sale of her building to denounce her son, then did a complete 180 and wrote a scathing and dishonest medium piece. What possible motivation could she have to do that?

The exceedingly likely scenario is that things happened the way Sherry Spencer said they did.

Gersh said she was barraged by harassment, and the Southern Poverty Law Center, a nonprofit that tracks extremist groups and sometimes drives them into bankruptcy through lawsuits.

That's the important thing. Take all these haters' money. They get scared people to give them money. So take their money away by suing the living hell out of them.
