They are the new characters coming into the game in July! So I'm working on datamining more but hopefully mcoc mod will have more info than me! PS: I did not steal this from him I just datamined!

Here's the new abilities if you haven't read: In the 13.1 update I was datamining using es file explorer and other softwares using root and came across text files for new characters for July! The new characters are spider man homecoming vulture and dr octopus, spider man and vulture have special attacks and a few abilities but dr octopus doesn't have anything but the name, maybe the new update of 14.0 in July will drop some new info- just wanted to share:)

Edit:I also found their special attacks names! And found a little more Info on doc ock! Doc ock- specials attacks- are tentacle frenzy, 8 tentacled whiplash and sp3- despair and wrath;for abilities he has regeneration( he regens 45% of his health when under 25% and regens 10% when under 50% like Ultron's regen and can be stopped if stunned)degeneration and some form of tenacity and 70% reduction to debuffs and has bleed on every 5 hits of his attacks- if the opponent is bleed immune it is poison- if the opponent is bleed and poison immune it is shock damage. Also with a medium attack after the sp1 he lays an armour break into the opponent and starts the fight with 2 stacks of armour- God tier champ by the looks of it!

For vulture his special attacks are: winged Assualt, obliteration and sp3 is razor winged strike for Abilities he has a 80% chance to bleed the opponent dealing 60% of his damage over time and has a 25% chance to stun per bleed stack- max 5 bleed stacks each bleed lasting 45 seconds and the stun is 1.5 seconds other abilities include Regen and poison and Evade;can't find more info.

Spider-Man homecoming:his special attacks are : web smack, pow, thwap and crack and his sp3 is : spiders wrath. For his abilities he has evade, stun on specials for a 70% chance and has a hold back and spider charge into 10 fury stacks and like punisher 2099 has a battery like feature in a way( I don't know how to explain I'm not mcoc trucos;) but 5% percent of his suit battery is drained to charge 10 fury stacks 10% is drained to charge 5 armour stacks and 20% is drained to charge a 50% chance to stun the enemy on a medium attack, his sp1 gives him auto evade and 2 stacks of armour and his sp2 has a high crit rate and gives him 5 fury stacks and his sp3 gives him buffs related to class bonuses like Howard's sp3, judging from this doc ock is the way to go!
