Exactly. Double digit "not sure" numbers - especially on something so well publicized - indicate respondents who don't want to answer.

That's been my thought. It will hurt me big time but may be quickest avenue for waking people up to GOP/Trump disregard for Americans.

They don't care. This isn't about healthcare, this is about hating Obama so much they can't see straight.

It's hating Obama but it's also pleasing donors who will get nice tax cut. Think that may be higher on their priorities.
