Has anyone thought about the idea of building their own house with MGTOW lifestyle in mind? I googled for MGTOW house plans and most of the searched that came up were of the tiny houses. I don't have anything against tiny houses, but the idea of living in one for over a month doesn't seems to be fun or promising to me. Sure the expenses will be minimal but so will be the living space.
My idea of a MGTOW house is that the house should be a small-to-medium sized house, made with reasonable quality materials, relatively easy to repair and maintain with minimal costs, but generally it should suit the owner's needs.
I kinda did some googling on materials and construction practices and concluded the following to be a promising choice of building materials for a MGTOW house:
Foundation - Different choice, but depends on the ground which the house will be on. One of the options is to have the heating built into the foundation and then topped-off with some concrete.
Outer Walls - Vinyl siding outside, followed by the house wrap kind of film, followed by 16" to 24" thick layer of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks, then followed by a layer of drywall on metal stud frame [which can be additionally insulated].
Roof - Galvanized metal sheets.
What do you think about the idea of a house for a MGTOW guy?
