The uninstall issue is still not addressed; after uninstalling Chrome, the registry key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\App Paths\chrome.exe remains, pointing to chrome.exe that no longer exists.

Does Chrome v59 patch the NTLMv2 credential theft attacks using SCF files?

@Chris, yes the autodownloading of SCF files has been fixed:

Chrome version 58 allowed me to export passwords. Chrome version 59 with material design no longer has the Export button, even though the appropriate flag is Enabled. How can I export my passwords from Chrome version 59?

What happened to notifications, they wont show the icon of the website but instead show a chrome Logo. This makes them very hard to identify.

This update solved the freezing issue that occurs when hardware acceleration is turned on, at least for me. Thank you!

This is the first Google Chrome release to default to using GTK+3 on the Linux platform. Sadly, this means it no longer works on (still supported for >3 more years) long term distros like RHEL 6 or CentOS 6. Red Hat's GTK+2 build of Firefox ESR is probably the last remaining regularly updated browser on RHEL 6/CentOS 6...

Since I have installed this version of Chrome I experience strange stripes on some pages. It makes Chrome quite unusable for me. I would be glad if you fix it soon. Here are some screenshots. I highlighted the problem in red. I´m quite sure that is not problem with my computer, because I have it for only six months now.
