Cloning is of the devil. The family next to me owns one and has it living in their house. Sometimes they let it out into their yard. It's hideous. Cloning should be banned, creating or commissioning a clone should be punishable by death, and all clones should be rounded up and shot.

How about you single-issue-vote on the banning cloning part, and see if the other stuff comes in under the Overton window after that’s handled.
