We are excited to announce the newest development in our Superscreen journey, our non-traditional website of which the centerpiece is a community forum for developing this product from an intellectual society of backers.

Here backers and those interested in the development of Superscreen can interact with us and each other directly.   Anyone can go in, post, comment and share under either of the main topic categories of ‘Future Features’ and ‘General Discussion’.  You’ll find some posts already entered to give you a feel for the community.

Also in this section is an ‘Announcements’ section where we will post both tech community and Superscreen news.

If you’re in need of help hit the FAQ https://superscreen.zendesk.com/hc/en-us and if you’re question isn’t answered tag the floating ‘Help’ button in the lower right hand corner of the screen.  If this button doesn’t answer your question it will open a ZenDesk ticket to which one of our agents will answer, usually within 8 hours.  As we evolve to being able to hire dedicated agents this time will decrease to eventually being instantaneous.

We have plans to grow the features of this community section over time and appreciate all your input which leads to you getting the best product made the way you want it.

In addition we’re posting different types of material to our Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/thesuperscreen/ .  Speaking of Facebook, we encourage you all to like our page as we have so much to share with you all here beyond our standard campaign updates.

Speaking of standard campaign updates:

1.   A lot of backers are inquiring about how to increase their order and add accessories, which can be done on our online store when it opens later this year.  We’ll send out a notice to everyone along with updates on our FB page when we’re getting close.
2.  Many of you are asking about how and when to choose the material and color of your Superscreens. We will be launching our survey in Q3 to collect your answers so keep your eyes open for that.
