People get married because they don't really love each other, they don't even know how to. I know you might be jaded and think that love isn't real and yes you are right. Love as the way you have experienced it in the past which led you to being jaded isn't real. I'm talking about love the way your dog loves you and (hopefully) the way you love your dog. The unconditional kind of love. As of right now, humans seem incapable of that kind of love. If people did really love each other, what would be the need of all the theatrics of marriage? What be then need to get your patner to sign a piece of paper to get the law involved if you break up?
Men get married out of the fear of being alone in the future. Women get married because the Disney movies and chick flicks they watch(ed) conditions them to see marriage as some sort of achievement. Not to mention that women love attention and a wedding is the best place for that.
None of these people ever take a moment to look at people who are married to see whether they are happy are not, they are not intelligent enough to learn from other people's mistakes. Unfortunately, my sister is getting married this weekend and I can't not go. It'll just make life easier if I do and i'll just use that experience as a reminder of why I'm better off alone
