Uggh, I got mansplained by a dude about my experience as a woman in IT... in a post by a woman who was sharing her own crappy experience. (See my post history)

After explaining to him how insulting it was, he then added I attacked him personally and that I can't have normal conversations with people. At this point, I'm just going to give up.

One of my friends was hiring for a programming position, below the one she held for another couple weeks before moving to management.

One potential hire refused to explain what he'd done on a project because he didn't think she'd understand, tried to explain what php etc is to her, and just kept doubling down on her not understanding what he did.

He did not get the job.
