So Artiphon, winners of countless awards for their Instrument 1 including Time mags top ten inventions, have begun ignoring my emails after 6 months of saying "sorry for the delay, it's in here and you will get it in 2weeks".

Initially I really was excited about it, I'm a music teacher and my y11 class drew a picture of me playing it for my birthday in March... Of 2015. That class graduated last year...

The first half of the pledge was like a year later but I didn't email or complain, but since then I just want to get the rest of it. Now they are ignoring my emails, wtf can I do? It's been so long I feel like they will go out of business before I get it.
