Also, no more Morata bs. I said yesterday he's a Spanish version of Welbeck and some people talked about his goal return. I mean yeah, he showed he can score for Real Madrid in a season where they scored basically a goal every game and outplayed virtually all teams in the league. Look at his Juve figures instead... And Juve also dominates the league year in, year out.

We should be going after better players than Morata.

I'm happy for him. He loved his time in Italy and the kid is an emotional player. I love that part about him but let him get 2 seasons there and then assess him. He was crushing it with Juve but then again, who doesn't thrive with them in that league. He's still young enough That he could develop more and then we swoop in.

      One good season at a mid table Serie A side and suddenly he's ready to lead the line for United? No thanks.

      Serie A forwards have an atrocious hit to flop ratio in the PL and this guy is barely even proven in Italy. Nowhere near ready for a move to us. We'd be idiots to deny Rashford the opportunity over this guy. Could easily be the next Immobile, Cerci, Maccarone or Bianchi I'm happy to sign a striker but Belotti is not at all the guy. If we're going to sideline Rashford it needs to be for a proven top striker not an Italian Rashford from a mid table club.

      I'm 100% sure Jose will have no interest in such an unproven risk hence why we've never be linked by anyone reliable. It would be ridiculous to sideline one of our own for a guy of Belotti's pedigree

      I think we definitely should be in for two attackers, but I'm more partial to getting Griezmann and Sanchez or Griezmann and Douglas Costa.

      We get either two of those three and I'm expecting crazy goals next season. Getting the likes of Antoine and Alexis would fix our attack for years to come. And I'd expect Rooney/Ronaldo levels of destruction.

      I answered to the queston "how did Immobile turn out". I think it's unfair to mention him as a flop because he has shown the ability to be a consistent goalscorer at the top level. His moves outside Italy didn't turn out well because he wasn't given the chance to start a few games in a row.

      Probably on par with them on his day. He's never really had a consistent season like those two though. Reckon Milan will get the best out of him though. He's a very typical Serie A striker of old (moves well, can take a short burst past the final man, and clinical in the box).

      He's a good player but the other strikers we have been linked with are a level or two above him, he hasn't been prolific at Juventus or Real Madrid so it would have made more sense to have Rashford as our striker instead.

      I like Morata. He's a big game performer who can score from anywhere. It's easy to look at his stats and brush him off solely on that sadly. Which is his fault i guess. He's got the qualities to succeed in England imo.

      However. At that price we're better off testing the waters with Auba, Kane, Belotti, Icardi. 1 or 2 of them might be open to negotiations. So... Milan can have him.

      According to Di Marzio Lukaku is going Chelsea. And according to credible reports, Lukaku always had a preference of going back to Chelsea. Jose wouldn't have phoned him personally if he wasn't serious about Morata joining us.
