Passionately Promoting A More Perfect World

I just noticed (consciously) another reason why I’m so into Turkish pop music: Women singing with deep voices is still popular there. That means I can actually sing along without my voice breaking! (Though the benefits of this are somewhat offset by my not speaking Turkish, so my pronunciation is almost certainly atrocious.) Listening to lots of obviously-femme women who sound like me is great for dysphoria.

(I wonder if this has any connection to Turkpop’s interest in femdom. What are your fetishes, Turkey?)
