To be clear: FBI gets EVERY strobe sent to me. All of them part of ongoing investigation. 1 guy already facing 10 yrs. Dont be stupid. Stop.

Because the FBI checks it. And attempting 2 cause a seizure or sending knowing it could is a violation of same federal law guy charged with.

What is a strobe?

A rapidly flashing light. They are sent as memes to me by people who know I have epilepsy and they can trigger bad seizures. And did once.
