You mentioned that you feel awkward about physical contact with people, e.g. casual touching, until you've slept with them, because they might read it as sexual -- is this still awkward if the person has assured you that they won't read physical contact as sexual unless explicitly otherwise specified?
I would expect it to, yes, because I’d be surprised if they really didn’t read certain things as sexual if I just did them absentmindedly. I’d give examples, but they would necessarily be things that would qualify as “graphic sexual descriptions”, and this is my SFW blog.
