What's the meaning of the parenthesis around certain words, I see it mostly in hate anons? Did I miss something?

They are called “echoes”, as in “the crimes and the lies of the Jew echoing throughout history”. They are put around the names of progressive-leaning Jews, as well as concepts​ identified as Jewish - (((diversity))), (((Hollywood))), (((healthcare))), etc.

I’m generally not too comfortable with them.
