After a heatwave went on here it was so hot that i woke up 3-4 times in a night and slept rotten. My sleep cycle was already bad but i also had some kind of flu so i kinda slept again on mid day because i was damn tired. I sleep in bad house right now where i just sleep bad because of mold, gets worse over time, i know i have to get out but every day im so damn tired, it gets away when i stay outside a couple hours.
Now im dealing with insomnia and my sleep cycle is totally off. I now study from home and did some work yesterday on my PC and also im playing 1-2 hours when im done with my bros and after that i usually stay awake and do some more.
Problem is i cant go to bed early so i use the time to learn. I assume the blue light from my displays is totally messing up my sleep too. Right now i feel rotten and like someone who works at night. Few months ago it was almost perfect and now its such a mess that im ashamed. This has to do with my mother who always nagged me about it because i have this since being a little kid. Sometimes when i cant sleep i think about it how she naggs me for it for no fucking reason.
