I must have been thinking of something other than whatever she wanted transplants to treat.  Would you prefer the clone discuss her own medical history with those she chooses to tell by saying that her organs were stolen by an overzealous tooth fairy and she doesn’t know who has them now?  That would probably be very obfuscating.
