The host was good at communicating and the flat was spacious for 3 of us and in a great location. Quiet street but near the station and shops, restaurants etc. The youtube video how to find it is a great idea but it starts from Tokyo tube exit so if you are arriving on JR that part of the station doesn't connect to that exit! We manages by asking some very helpful strangers who have found the address on their phones and directed us to the flat. It's great to be near JR as you can travel around Tokyo on your tourist train pass without paying extra for tube tickets. The beds were comfortable and linens clean. Sofa a little stained. Bathroom is a problem as when you shower water goes everywhere and there is nowhere to put a towel or your clothes! Also the password for wifi was wrong and I've run up a bit of a phonebill to sort it out. I suppose the benefit of staying at a hotel is that you always have someone at reception to sort any issues or help with directions, translation etc.
