WATCH: Donald Trump puts on a miner's hat, pretends to shovel coal

At a rally in Charleston, West Virginia, the presumptive Republican presidential nominee accepted the endorsement of the West Virginia Coal Association. The association gave Trump a coal miner's hat, which he donned at the rally telling the crowd to get out to vote for him and that he would put miners back to work.
