- 1 large soup pot
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- lots of water
1. Peel the label off the can and put the can in the pot.
2. Full the pot until 1-2" of water covers the can
3. Remove the can. Set water to boil.
4. Once water is boiling, bring it back down to a simmer and place the can in.
5. Let it simmer for at least 3 hours. Longer is better, but 3 hours is the minimum amount of time. Continually add water to the pot to keep the can covered and make sure it STAYS covered for the entire simmering process. It will explode otherwise, and you will have a mess on your hands.
After 3-5 hours is up, take the can out and let it cool for a full 24 hours. Do NOT open it immediately after removing it from the water!!!
When the can is cold to the touch, you can open it and enjoy ur caramel/dulce de leche.

Lithuania’s foreign minister, Linas Linkevičius, confirmed his government granted asylum to two men.
