I hope Jose gives him more chances in the next season. I don't know what is about him but there is something about that lad. He's really good on the ball and really aggressive without it. Also dat pace! I think he got everything to become a decent LB. Maybe just need to put a bit of weight and muscles ?

I was really surprised by his range of passing, the ball he played to Rooney(I think?) in the first half was perfect. Also showed a good turn of pace, and made some good overlapping runs, especially in the first half.

He was decent in attacking as well. The way he passed two defenders was class.

He was good yeah but I'm going to hold off on saying he could play for the first team. You have to remember that yesterday was a nothing game with nothing really to play for so the intensity was much lower than a usual Premier league fixture.

He played well, Harrop stood out more in the first half but by the end of the match Demetri had the better game overall.

A very good confidence building game for him but it's worth noting that majority of Palace's attacks were focused over on the other flank so it's hard to tell how good the defensive portion of his game really is, going forward he was great though. Always available, had some very good positioning and not afraid to take on his man which was refreshing.

I noticed the same. I'll give Demetri the credit for it though since Zaha's only attacking threats came when he eventually switched to the left side.

I'd say he had a decent game. He needs to build up his frame and he will be a good LB. Also, i feel McTominay had a good game but hasnt recieved the praise he deserves.
