中学２年の少女（１４）に現金を渡してわいせつな行為をしたとして、札幌弁護士会所属の平岩篤郎弁護士（３９）＝札幌市＝が２３日、児童売春・ポルノ禁止法違反（売春）容疑で逮捕された。共同通信などが伝えた。

同通信によると、平岩容疑者は今年１月５日、札幌市内のラブホテルで少女に２万円を払う約束をして、みだらな行為をした疑いが持たれている。平岩容疑者は少女に「山本」と名乗っていたという。

朝日新聞によると、平岩容疑者はＳＮＳで知り合った知人を介して少女と知り合った。警察のサイバーパトロールで発覚。容疑と認めているという。

札幌弁護士会のホームページによると、平岩容疑者は２００６年に弁護士として登録。事務所は、佐藤・平岩・小川法律事務所となっている。【了】
