Certainly they can. They don’t have the ability to do it intentionally, but conscious intent is not actually required to violate the NAP. If someone sleepwalks onto your property, you’re still within your rights to toss them out on the street. If a crazy person in the grip of hallucinations is coming at you with a knife, you’ve got the right to defend yourself. If someone is taking up space inside your own body without your consent, you have the right to evict them.
