I've always understood a sealed indictment to be one that is unsealed upon arrest of the indicted subject...

They can't prosecute while he's POTUS, but once the indictment is known to congress and they impeach/remove from office, he can be tried.

Technically, the Senate tries POTUS after House impeaches/indicts. Not holding my breathe given the inevitable right wing media shitstorm.
