There's a co-worker I've had in my social circle for a while.. He's like a 7. So I love to tell him "Stay pretty [Chad]".
He always smiles and says he'll do his best to stay pretty. I do this at work too. It's basically small talk when we're in mixed company and can't talk about much anything.
Today a female co-worker, who is very vein (and young), asked why I don't say the same thing to her.
This girl also dresses inappropriately at work and often showcases her 'goods' for attention.
I replied by saying (to the room, not just her), "I don't say it to you because I don't want to end up in HR on a sexual harrasment charge. I want to keep my job. I avoid giving any female compliments in the workplace because I don't want to lose my job for sexual harrasment."
Satisfaction.
I also then told [Chad] "I love you [Chad]." And returned to work.
I'm not gay, [Chad] isn't gay, but such expressions between men or between women are not dangerous in the work place.
You might almost say the workplace and HR policies have become heterophobic and homonormative.
I hate those SJW words.
