There is a historical temple in Kamakura which is close to my apartment.
You can go there about 35minutes.
And very famous place that "Slam Dunk" animation opening scene is on the way to Kamakura.

JR tokaido line,Odakyu line, stop Fujisawa station.
It takes 10min by walk,50min to Tokyo, 1hr to Shinjyuku by regular train.

Yoshikazu's home was easy to find with the help of maps and not that far away from the Fujisawa station, and there is a huge supermarket 3 to 5 minutes away! After entering his home you can immediately feel the effort and heart he puts into providing a good experience and stay at his home! I really don't think you can find anything as good in this price range in Fujisawa or close by as it is way underpriced. It might be especially interesting for people that travel lightly and appreciate a hairdryer, shampoo, towels, guides, tea, umbrella, house shoes..... and so many more thoughtful little gestures and items by the host. Why did we leave?

Great place to stay, very clean and nice neighborhood! The privacy was awesome, and around 15min walk to Fujisawa station. Yoshikazu-san is very dependable with communication, punctuality, etc. If you're looking to explore Enoshima, Kamakura, and the surrounding area, this place is excellent!
