Customer Success Agent, US Only, Remote – 15-20 hours per week

 

Accredible is looking for a part-time Customer Success Agent to continue to grow our world class customer support team.


In the past three years we’ve built the best credentialing product in the world. Universities, associations, tech companies and others are able to create, deliver and manage tens of thousands of digital certificates and open badges with just a few clicks.

Your role

You’ll be the face and voice of Accredible, working intimately with both our clients and credential recipients. You’ll develop deep relationships that give you inside knowledge of our client’s credential processes, this will make you essential for telling product and sales what they should be focusing on.

You will be working on a busy support desk answering tickets by phone, email and live chat. You’ll provide world class customer support and turn detractors into promoters. You’ll improve our support processes through automation, creating macros and by curating articles for our help desk. Your input will help shape the way Accredible does customer support and you’ll have plenty of room for professional growth and development.

You won’t be doing this alone! You’ll be joining Accredible’s best performing department and will be a founding member of an exceptional team; working under our Head of Customer Success.

Your skills

We are looking for you to demonstrate to us that you have these skills:

Customer Support experience – You’ll have a year’s experience working within a support team. You understand what makes a good support agent and know the basics of how a customer support team functions.

Empathy, Patience and Understanding– Every ticket you respond to will be undertaken with these core traits in mind. You will excel in providing the type of support that makes our clients think “Wow!”

Team Player – “Remote team but not remote from each other” This is our motto, you must be able to work efficiently and effectively with both your immediate and wider teammates.

Hardworking & Self Motivated – This is a remote role, and as such, you will need to be good at keeping to your task and working hard under your own steam.

Literacy  – You must have exemplary written and spoken English language skills.

Completely Flexible working hours. As long as you meet your required number of support tickets and work the required hours a day. You decide when you work! Your only time commitment will be to sync with our Head of Customer Success most mornings.

Full Stack Developer, Cambridge, UK

Accredible is looking for a Full Stack Developer to continue building the best credentialing system in the world.

Your Role

In the past three years we’ve built the best credentialing product in the world. Universities, associations, tech companies and others are able to create, deliver and manage tens of thousands of digital certificates and open badges with just a few clicks. We’re continuing to make this product as good as it can be and have been laser focused on the needs of credential issuers. Now we’re ready to start focusing on credential recipients; the people who take part in learning and then receive a certificate or badge.

Your role will be to build a great product for certificate recipients. You’ll be helping them to upload their own certificates, send transcripts to third parties, embed their certificate wallet in a website, view course recommendations that help them skill up, etc. You’ll be able to have a huge impact for thousands and thousands of users.

You won’t be doing this alone as we have a world-class product team you’ll be working with. You’ll have support from a designer, a back-end engineer, a project manager and another front-end engineer.

Your skills

We are looking for you to demonstrate to us that you have these skills:

  • Full stack engineering ability. You’ll be working in, AngularJS 1.6, Ruby on Rails, HTML, SASS and Javascript. Design and UX support is be available but you’re comfortable building and maintaining product features that go from front-end to back-end. We think you’ll spend more time writing AngularJS than anything else.
  • Project management. You’ll agree with the team on your priorities and then you’ll take a leading role in planning and maintaining sprints to keep projects organised and to communicate effectively.
  • Enterprising, relentlessly resourceful, go-getting & resilient: You solve your own problems, use your initiative and creativity to think of smart solutions and you enjoy the process of thinking “how can I solve this hard problem in a better way than anyone else has before?”.

Sales Development Representative, San Francisco, California


Accredible is looking for two Sales Development Representatives to work closely with the CEO to expand our customer base.

Entry level, with commission and base salary dependent on prior experience (San Francisco, CA).


Your Role

Our revenues have been doubling quarter on quarter for the last year using an in-house highly automated outbound B2B email sales process and it’s now time for us to take that to the next level by bringing in new sales people to pitch, sell and close customers.

We have an excellent prospecting process that has given us a solid understanding of our market and an incredibly comprehensive list of potential customers. It is now time to focus on the high value, high touch prospects that only a dedicated sales team can focus on.

You will be joining the company at the start of a major growth phase, joining the team that will have one of the largest impacts on the company’s success and growth rate.

Your Responsibilities

  • Be a key player in processing and responding to all inbound leads and conduct information gathering to pre-qualify results through phone, email & social media efforts.
  • Identify & research prospects.
  • Outbound emails and phone calls to qualify & pitch prospects.
  • Product demos to close leads.

What We’re Looking For

Accredible is looking for a VP of Sales to establish a professional sales team and take our sales process to the next level.

Your Role

Responsibilities

  • Plan and establish new sales team, including hiring key sales people, setting revenue and KPI targets targets and establishing sales procedures and methodology.
  • Work with the CEO to establish a physical office location in the Bay Area to house the sales team. You will have significant input into the choice of location.
  • Measure and report performance of all sales activity, and assess against targets.
  • Collaborate with the product and customer support teams to identify key features and product improvements required to grow existing markets or unlock new markets.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate and improve end-to-end customer experience across multiple sales channels.
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  • In addition to managing your team of salespeople, you will also be closing sales yourself

Requirements

  • Experience with outbound sales and optimizing a sales funnel.
  • Experience managing a team, ideally a sales team.
  • Salesforce experience a bonus.
  • Excited to learn about our market segments and to try new approaches to reach a diverse audience.
