Property description
Up the stairs the landing greets you with more beams, the two double bedrooms are oozing with charm and the master has ensuite bathroom creating some relaxation, light some candles and relax. The historic village of Burwash is a fantastic village with the beautiful scenery that Sussex can offer but all this is within a short drive to Etchingham main line station taking commuters to London. This property shows a classic example of balancing the period character you would want from a property of this age but has been cleverly finished to also provide all the luxury of a modern property, a balance which is seldom achieved. It really is a property you need to see.
What the Owner says:
It was easy to fall in love with this wonderful character property and the village really is fantastic as there is so much in the village for people that don’t want to travel. It is hard to believe that a short drive and you’re on the train to London as you feel like you it’s a million miles away. We have used the property as a great holiday let and it has always been very popular but we have decided it time to let this wonderful cottage go to someone else so whether it will be a second home, investment or the character property you have always wanted we hope you will be as happy as we have.
