US carmakers export hardly any cars to Japan, something that annoys President Trump - but why not?

Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe is on his way to Washington to meet Donald Trump. The new US president has claimed it is all but impossible for American carmakers to sell their vehicles in Japan.
