One year ago, in February 2016, we celebrated 3 years of SAS and 25K subscribers. Now, merely one year later, our numbers have doubled! What could be the cause of this amazing growth? Did Americans do and say some particularly outrageous shit over the last year? No idea.

A new milestone calls for a new make-over, and just like last time we're holding a contest! Our previous one was a great success and left us with our current amazing array of headers; I hope you guys still got it!

• What we're looking for

A header that's funny, good-natured, light-hearted, and mirrors the kind of stuff we like to laugh at here in SAS. Nothing too overly political: while Trump for instance is of course an easy target and SAS incarnate, SAS is at heart not inherently a political sub. The header doesn't have to be as expansive and busy as the current set, there's always the concept of "less is more" and clean design has its own merits. It also doesn't have to be several headers like in the current set up: we'll pick on quality over quantity!

Submissions can be made until the end of April, after which we'll decide one or more winners (the way how will be decided based on the amount and quality of submissions we get). You can submit any way you want: in this thread or via modmail, it makes no difference.
