game won't show, only music playing!!

To the Developers of Paradox Interactive,

After spending almost $45 on a cadet edition of HOI 4, and tried to play the game...the game will not show, and yes.....i tried doing your method to fix it..nothing, tried adjusting to both width and length of screen..nothing (even though playing on a actual 50'' wall-mounted screen) Nothing...So, besides the going to full-screen, is there any other way to resolve the issue to make it playable?

First off, please list your computer specs so that anyone can help you at all. Most times it's outdated graphics drivers (or even messed up driver installations), config errors or that you have a too weak machine to play modern titles.

Secondly, what OS are you running? Do you have the appropriate graphics driver utilities installed (Nvidia experience / AMD crimson software)? Is it your own computer and do you have admin rights?

These will help you, us and also potential others in the future to solve this issue if encountered again by doing a good documentation about what caused this error and how to fix it. :)

In settings is your game screen resolution set to the same as your monitor? Is DPI scaling an issue? Check it by right clicking on the game's exe file and looking at properties.
