So I've averaged around a 3.7/4 as far as GPA goes in high school, which I'm pretty happy with. That being said, I've fucked up this year really badly, and it looks like I'm gonna average around a B- this term. First term ends on November 4, and I'll be sending out my apps after, so it'll be on the transcript.

Any idea how badly this is gonna hurt me if I'm able to raise my grades up at all later? Or do they even see first term alone, or is it coupled with the other terms and sent later this year after I do my apps this fall? I'd imagine it varies a bit, but any idea generally how this will affect me?
