Amazing first half, entertaining as fuck, seeing some cards cominng, but we're completely nullifying Hazard, Costa and Pedro which is what we tried in the last game, fair play to Mou for sticking to it.

I don't think Darmian is a great player, but he's a good safe option in a game like this. Hasn't done much wrong.

One thing I don't like about Rojo is how much he wants to go to ground for a tackle, and that's really obvious in these games. I'll be surprised if he doesn't get a yellow today.

Also think way too much is being made about the team selection. 6 of them would be part of most everyone's choice for starters, then Darmian plays a lot, the Fellaini choice makes sense, and Lingard is one of Mous favorites. Only Young and Rashford were really questionable choices

Defensively Darmian been superb, in terms of build up he's good playing short, simple passes.

His main weakness is his ability to attack the wide areas with pace and put in good crosses. That's not really been needed this game and which is why he's shone. We're playing to Darmian's strengths today, and he's matched it with a really good performance.

I have nothing bad to say about the entire team's performance. They've played with passion and commitment and Mourinho's tactics have been on point.

Herrera has been a hound dog all game and Fellaini a boss in midfield. Rashford will become world class because his work ethic is incredible for his age. Honorable mentions to Rojo and Bailly.

Weak point of the game has been Young unfortunately. He needs to pick it up, fluffed some good chances.

Edit: please, for the love of all, don't revert to defensive shell in the second half like against every team we've been up 1-0 against.

    Lingard and Rashford have been great getting behind Chelsea's defence and their link-up play has been great. The defence has been great as well and Ander's done a great job of marking Hazard, he hasn't had a chance to get involved yet. However again we've failed to score more than 1 goal when we are on top and this may come back to bite us in the 2nd half.

    Overall a fantastic half however the 2nd half will be the decider. Can we keep up how we've been playing without letting Chelsea back into the game? Find out next time to Dragon Ball Z.

    Beautiful tactical setup. Man marking everywhere except the front two and back two. Rojo and Bailly watch Costa and anyone who slips free in middle. Rash and Lingaard marking their back three. We have them completely frustrated. Kante looks especially frustrated. Even Conte looked puzzled at the end. Mourihno laughing and smiling cause he knows he won the first half.

    It will be interesting to see how Chelsea change and how we respond.

    Really impressed by that half overall. Fellaini has been very good and Rashford and Lingard have been good as well. Good link up play between them. Hopefully Young steps it up, he's been pretty poor.

    Very pleased and hugely surprised with that first half, absolutely worked out Chelsea. Lingard and Rashford have linked up excellently, Herrera has been fantastic, Rojo and Bailly have bossed that cheating prick Costa.

    Just have to be very careful now. Conte is going to put a rocket up their arses at half time and I've no doubt Hazard and Costa will redouble their diving & cheating efforts to get United players booked or sent off. Have to keep up the same pressure and bustle but just don't allow that fucking ponce Hazard to draw fouls and strut his stuff.
