I disagree. Costa fell on top of Rojo and you can see Costa hit him in the head. Sure, Rojo loses his cool and swings his arm around the front of Costa to barely tap his chin; but grabbing your face and faking pain while pretending to be hurt in an effort to get someone else a card/sent off is the most unsportsmanlike thing you can do in my eyes (except for intentionally trying to injure someone). Rojo was no angel, but he wasn't "just as bad".
