Okay, the clip is actually from the film 28 Weeks Later, but it depicts a man escaping with his life after abandoning his wife/gf, who wanted him to die with her vs the zombies. The zombies could symbolically be blue-pills, feminists, marriage advocates, tradcucks, alt-right etc who are hell-bent on capturing the MGTOW who is frantically escaping.
