Hybrid driver issue

I have a hybrid driver of Intel and AMD Raedon. But only the intel graphics card is shown:

#/sbin/lspci | grep VGA
00:02.0 VGA compatible controller: Intel Corporation HD Graphics 5500 (rev 09)

Please help because I am new to fedora. I just moved from ubuntu.

If lspci doesn't show it, then you need to check your BIOS settings to turn it on.
