Morgan Schneiderlin tells Paul Joyce he became so unhappy at Old Trafford that he could not bear to attend matches but is thriving after joining Everton
Morgan Schneiderlin will wake up at about 9am today and, reluctant as he always is to eat too much before a game, shun breakfast in favour of water.
A couple of hours later, he will put on some music and begin the drive to Goodison Park for an 11.45am team meeting before the game against Burnley.
There will be a pre-match meal of eggs and then, 15 minutes before Everton’s warm-up begins, he will think about the match that is about to unfold, visualising the sort of passes that he will receive and those he will look to make as Ronald Koeman’s side pursue an eighth successive home league victory.
