Why choose to be a single mother? (self.MGTOW)

Everyone knows it is difficult to be a single parent in today's society.

Why do many women willingly choose this route, then try to present themselves as the victim due to hardships of mental/emotional/financial hardships? To spite the man? To get support? Just irrational?

We know the statistics of children being raised by single mothers too. Are women not looking in the long run, and not her own selfish desires for revenge?

It seems the most decent scenario would have been some type of mutual joint custody option, but I've read countless stories about men being disadvantaged in these situations.

What say you?

  1. Theyre selfish, women have 100% power in their prime, if they get pregnant, suddenly, the man has all the power, because they know, if a man leaves, shes fucked. They cant go from 100 to 0. 2.) Theyre entitled fucking narcisists and think the world will just want them with children like its no big freaking deal. 3.) Theyre simply dumb cunts with children mentality. 4.) Some are cunning little cunts an think they will find some beta sucker, because while in their prime men are lining up to them in droves, and take into account all this modern be-a-cuck media propaganda machine isnt helping either.

To stay out of the workforce. I know of a bunch of single mothers live around me who are perpetually raising small kids while "studying". And it seems to go on forever. Then the kids are older and they're pregnant again, "studying" for the job they'll never bother to get. It doesn't stop them heading out to the clubs every weekend on the lookout for the next sperm donor. They just drain the system sat around watching Jeremy Kyle while enjoying the "hero single mom" image. If the support system we have that rewards this behavior just disappeared one day, these women and their kids would die of starvation. This isn't an exaggeration, but a real observation on some of the women I've known of for the last 5-15 years. It's infuriating to pass their houses on the way home from work, knowing they haven't gotten out of their stinking sweats all day.

Because they and most people they know have convinced themselves that single mothers are victims and entitled to a standard of living they can't earn. This is part of why MGTOW is a libertarian ideology if you give even half a fuck about consistency and intellectual honesty.

Because it guarantees the roof over their heads and food on their table. There are no homeless women with children living on the street, are there?
