About this project
Risks and challenges
Malfunctioning Equipment.
Our state of the art equipment is definitely the latest and greatest in terms of results, however, it requires constant maintenance and engineering support.
We are planning to overcome such challenges by having enough spare parts, in-house OEM trained staff and same or next day OEM service (in the case of an emergency).
Production Constraint.
Another challenge that we might come across with is having an unexpectedly large amount of orders that may take longer to produce than normally.
We think to address this challenge by hiring more staff, working multiple shifts and purchasing additional equipment units.
Supplies & Components inventory.
Our biggest challenge so far was selling out fast during peak events and waiting for additional inventory.
This happened in the past because we are completely bootstrapped and carefully make the large investment decisions.
The Kickstarted raised capital will enable us to purchase enough inventory to have a good buffer until the next shipment arrives.
However, none of the above is possible without your support.
