It seems nothing more than excuses for people to continue their bad habits.

Fat women have to compete with skinny women for male attention. Women don't like that, they'd prefer all the good men approach so they can accept or reject. Just another way to excuse women's laziness and lack of self control.

Observing something factually without judgement is not actually shaming something. Blaming another person for the shame one feels inside is very unfair.

Attempting to change a person's behaviour or body preference using shame is a shitty thing to do which only further contributes to these people's feelings of shame, because they know deep inside that they are not only unattractive on the outside but also not a good person inside.

Observing something factually without judgement is not actually shaming something. If someone feels ashamed of being fat, I would say that's on that person, it's up to ourselves to accept ourselves.
