Here in corporate America we have meetings. To remember what we discussed we have someone take notes. Typically the junior person (by title / seniority / volunteer / who has good handwriting ) these typically mean female staff. Both because the listed reasons and the fact the location is now 65% female. Well that wasn't good enough for our brand new feminazis HR cunt. Now we rotate to be "fair". This means that right now I am waiting for the VP of sales to type up his notes and email them out. A person that makes 175k a year is doing scut work instead of a flunky making 50K a year out of fairness.
When this was first announced my female boss learned over said "whiskey thanks for volunteering ". I am the lowest person based on the listed criteria in our team.
This isn't about gender. Higher ranking people have better things to do than the jobs of lower ranking people because of "fairness". Stupid.
